The Fether widget is designed to work exclusively with published (live) Shopify themes. Due to limitations imposed by Shopify, our app is unable to inject or fully operate its code on unpublished theme copies or draft themes.
If you plan to use the Fether widget on a specific theme, please make sure that theme is published before proceeding. Once the theme is live, the widget will function as expected and can be properly configured.
If you publish the theme and experience any issues, our Technical Support team will be happy to assist you in troubleshooting and resolving them promptly.
