I am not seeing Discount option when selecting All products, or Specific collections. Why?

Due to the current limitations of Shopify's Discount API, which we are utilizing, offering discounts on all products can negatively impact store performance. Additionally, many customers have requested to hide this option. As a result, we have decided to allow discounts only when specific products are selected.
