I do not see Fether widget on my storefront. How to fix it?

If you're unable to see the Fether widget on your storefront, the most common reason is that you haven't created any bundles yet.


Please follow this article to learn how to create the first bundle with our app.


In case the issue still persists, to better address your issue, would you mind granting us access to your store? You can do so by creating a Staff account using the following steps:


  1. Go to Shopify admin >> Settings >> Users and Permissions >> Add Staff
  2. Enter the first name (Fether), the last name (Support), and an email address (support@fether.app) 
  3. Choose at least Themes (with the ability to edit code), ProductsDiscounts, and App permissions
  4. Click "Send invite" to send the invitation to us.


Or if your store has a limited number of staff accounts, you can still benefit from our app by using a Collaborator account. Simply share your store domain and Collaborator code with us via email at support@fether.appOnce we receive the necessary information, we'll initiate the request process to ensure seamless integration with your store.
